We accept returns for domestic orders on most items up to 10 days after you’ve received your order. Your item must be unworn, unused, and in the original packaging and condition it arrived in. To request a return, please email hello@phoebewahl.com with the details of your order, including the order number, and your reason for requesting the return. You, the buyer, are responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the shop is at fault. If the shop is at fault, for example you were sent the wrong item or wrong quantity, or if the item is defective, we will cover return shipping charges.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE
We unfortunately are not able to offer returns or exchanges for international orders. This policy excludes orders that arrive defective or damaged, in those instances please reach out to hello@phoebewahl.com within 10 days of receiving your order for assistance.
